  • Most everything I buy that is not very temporary (such as food). For some examples: my Ninja XL air fryer; my LG Neo 2.0 microwave; my Knipex Cobra pliers; my old Panasonic VCR. etc. I do my research before spending money and save my money until I can afford the quality (read: reliable and good-performing) item that I want. It's not good for quick gratification, but it's good for my finances and for my product satisfaction.
  • Absolutely. I bought a brand-new in-the-box microwave at a thrift store for $20 - complete with the paperwork and the never-unfolded cord). I've had it for about a year now, and it still works perfectly.
