You haven't stated in what area, so my answer is to go out and do something new, whether it be a new activity, a new course, or to join a new group, in order to survive this life, and enjoy your life, you need many tools and eggs in your basket. Or you could go the way of the mystic, where you can also find contentment, but that requires a lot of discipline.
