  • I think emotionally well means someone who can deal with a certain amount of life stresses without it affecting their lives too much, such as adapting, of course when someone has more than they can handle, or it starts to affect their sleep etc then it takes it's toll. Problem is Shadow, people rarely take into consideration societies role and structure on the stresses of people in everyday life, that certainly is a contributing factor if not a cause.
