    its not Joes fault ask him. You haven't held him or anyone else accountable for anything. Its only poor unimportant people that get held accountable everyone of the rich important people I slag off here seams to be able to get away with what ever they want. Hence why the Biden crime family is so powerful where did the money come from? You have sat there and done nothing about this for the last 40+ years nothing will happen the system is too corupt and too many powerful liars own everything its not like you will do anything will you?

    Then it would gut the US Presidential authority to make military decisions. Future Presidents would be afraid to make any military decision and would try to place the responsibility and the blame on their generals...who would probably then not want to be chief of staff and would be prone to (self-serving) retirement upon attaining that office.
