Bullets are often...vague and inconclusive. In the BEST circumstances, the MOST a bullet will tell you is: which firearm fired it. It won't tell you who was holding the firearm. It won't tell you why the firearm was fired. It won't tell you if the firearm-user was (morally or legally) justified in firing the firearm. Etc.
