    I didn't notice. What I was focused on was how Biden appeared to be as coherent as Sigmund Freud throughout the entire ceremony. Not a sign of dementia and not one slurred syllable. It's remarkable how his persona can contrast so much when he isn't fending off attacks against his "Destroy America" policy.
