I'm not sure. It *might* be a signal to other Dem hopefuls that they shouldn't be wasting time and money (and it takes a LOT of money) running for the next election. I can IMAGINE that the Democrat Party REQUESTED that he make this clear, so that they could make plans one way or the other.

let's not forget Biden is delusional. he barely knows what day it is. His poll numbers are tanking every day. Nobody wants to live like this in America; millions of illegals streaming over our border and a crazy POTUS who wants to give them $1/2M because they lost a child. They chose to come here, that's not on the U.S. If we make it to 2022, a new crop of Republicans (real ones not RINOs) will take Congress and put the brakes on all this out of control spending and money printing.

Biden's numbers were tanking even before the election. The facts are there - attendance at campaign rallies is a good indicator of how strong a candidate is with the voters. The crickets at Biden's campaign rallies signaled a definite defeat on election day. But by some "divine miracle" he comes through at "zero-hour". I wonder how that could be...? It defies even the laws of physics - yet, we're supposed to believe there was no fraud. Does anyone remember how, for decades, the USPS constantly warned about sending large amounts of cash through the mail? Why would they give such a warning if the USPS was so "secure"? It was for this very reason (lack of security) that the COVID virus was unleashed. By creating a pandemic and placing strict mandates on the public, they were assured of utilizing their mail-in ballot scheme - the easiest route to commit election fraud. -
