I never say I'll be a few minutes late - I usually arrive early. I live by the credo "better early than late".

Linda Joy I don't show up late for an appointment, unless my driver causes it. But I might show up a little late for a party.

No more than 5 or 10mins, if I was going to be later than that I would say.

i would tell it how it is so they know pretty close to the time i will be late ..but im rarely ever late ..i like to be pretty close to on time
