Get used to them - they'll be with us until around the time the old dried-out Christmas trees are discarded the last week in January.

Meh...One of my favorite commercials of all time was the back-to-school commercial where they're playing (I think) "Christmas is the warmest time of the year" in the background. The excited parents are skipping and dancing through the store while the two kids with them are looking glum as can be. I think it was a K-mart commercial. For some reason the commercial was very short-lived.

right on time, the day after Halloween. the kids are still eating their candy, and the Santas are already out! LOL!

I personally resent it. For one thing in the US where i was born and live there is Veteran's Day. It is a US designated holiday. its a day where vets in the four branches of the military are honored.
