Nothing. Men and women have never been equal since they were created in the Garden of Eden - it was the way God's planned it. Interfering in that plan will only bring bad results - as we are seeing today.

the government and schools should make this a merit based society, not one based on gender, race, religion etc. Excellence should be encouraged and rewarded.
