  • No one "sells" jobs to foreigners. Companies decide where to manufacture based on cost and profit issues. They are in it for the profit and have responsibilities to shareholders. Moreover, the US economy has changed over the years, becoming largely a service, rather than a manufacturing, economy, and that's partly because of the high cost of labor here. You should probably talk to a political economist about all this.
