Can a business be closed down due to high turn over rate?
The turn over rate at my job is high. It has been this way even before the pandemic hit. The company where I work has only been around for 9 years. My question is, can a place of employment be forced to close down to high turnover rate? I work in automotive manufacturing.

A high turn over rate of employees, yes, it does this and gets bad reputations often. High turnover rate of production lines, not really. That is what companies strive for and if they do not fire people frequently, they do great.

The business will close if there are not enough skilled people to run it.
