I don't usually put cheese on crackers. They're high in sodium. I like Italian blend on pizza and mexican blend on tacos and burritos. I like swiss with ham, but I don't eat ham'n swiss sandwiches anymore. I like string cheese to play with, American for grilled cheese and on sandwiches colby jack or pepperjack. And I like cottage cheese with fruit, and sometimes as a dip for chips. Cream cheese is good on toast or bagel.
