  • I quit most fried foods 20 years ago when warned about my cholesterol. Baked in the microwave is what I do most. Its quick and easy. But I air fry from time to time.

  • I typically just pop them in the oven or microwave with a couple of small holes poked in them, and then smash them with salt and pepper.

  • Never had a (regular) potato that I didn't like. Add roasted, mashed, Au Gratin and Lyonnaisse to your list. I love a baked potato - even with just salt and pepper, it tastes wonderful to me. Probably Au Gratin is my favorite.
