I eat it like a regular piece of bread. You could always toast it and make croutons out of it, or bread crumbs. Or bread pudding. What do you do with yours?

Sometimes I eat it. Sometimes I throw it out and feel like a wasteful jerk. But I always keep it on the ends of the loaf to keep the middle pieces covered until it runs out.

feed it to the birds if you feel badly throwing it out. Alternately you could make bread crumbs. Maybe shake in a little Italian seasoning and put it in your meatballs. -
