Just one? I don't like brussels sprouts, greens (except spinach) cantaloupe, green bell peppers, anchovies, sour candies, chitterlings (pronounced chitlin's) I've never had but would rather not eat balut, casu marzu, century egg, pufferfish, bat wine, or any bat. Any monkey or any animal testicles or penises, or pangolin. Probably more that I didn't think of off the top of my head.

beef liver!! and any other animal's liver like foie gras. it's still goose liver. liver is a nasty tasting organ. oh, and sweetbreads. that's another one they try to disguise with a nice name when you actually eating animal offal.😖

  Nooooo. Liver is great! I like sweetbreads, too, and tripe and intestines. Preparation is all. The French and Italians do a wonderful jobs with organ meats.

i can name a few.. tripe ~ offal ~ oysters ~ sushi ~ meats that are not cooked fully ,i dont even like pink

Although I love tomatoes in all other forms, I cannot stand tomato juice. Otherwise, I am pretty willing to try anything as long as I think it's been safely prepared. I've done a lot of traveling, so I've tried some pretty weird things.
