My fingernail..unless they ate painted I don't like them at all. They grow funky :-)😈

Linda Joy I have a friend like that. Some of her fingernails grow in a V shape and some have two edges with just skin in the middle. Its congenital for her. She also has difficulty growing hair. -

I gained a lot of weight in the last 2 years. It feels not fixable but I know it is!

Have you had your TSH levels checked? It could be your thyroid, but more likely just slowed metabolism with age. I was undiagnosed hypothyroid for a long time. For some people gluten will do that and some people do that with sugar. For others its dairy.

That I could not accomplish many of my goals in life. I did some of them and also settled for others that didn't interest me as much. Over all though I did OK

Feeling trapped and manipulated by The System. Once upon a time man was free, then "civilisation" sprung up in Sumer, and now we are all Con Sumers. They ploughed the land and so beholding man to it, and he lost his freedom, fences were built, they claimed stake on the earth (when it is impossible to own any of earth when you are freely born to it, and so it is yours by birth right), he became further trapped inside the system, it got into his head, having his insides dictated to him by the system outside, he learned to spell, and now is kept under that spell, now he is lead by the economy, what is the economy? It how much IOU's a bank is willing to print in order to control the labour, to control the cattle, the system has built invisible fences for the cattle, and man has forgotten who he is. Every man's soul dies a little more, when he feels the squeeze, and sees his freedom being torn away from him. Once upon a time, man was free.

Every day I get older😖 I keep fit, BMI 22.5, no drugs (alcohol included), but I can't t stop that clock ticking, only slow it down, age slower than many.
