That one by the Black Eyed Peas, "I Gotta Feeling", it was called.

I haven't heard that in any other song apart from the Black Eyed Peas one, which Glambarber has already mentioned in her answer.

I can only think of three examples at the moment: Pretty Fly for a Rabbi (Weird Al), I've Got a Feeling (Black Eyed Peas), and Tevye's Dream from Fiddler on the Roof. And I think that Lil Wayne, John Legend, Jay-Z, and the Fugees have also said it in songs before, but I can't recall which songs. I think it was in on eof the Rent songs, too, maybe... Anyway, I'll have to go with the Black Eyed Peas, as much as I hate to pick the same answer as everyone else. It's clearly the most memorable of all of the choices for a reason.
