Sleeping pills are the best exit. Socrates Folly (Conium maculatum) is second choice...a little painful, but has the benefit of a conscious death.

#1 -High speed motorcycle accident .been right to the edge of that a few times & everything happens so fast you dont have time to worry or anticipate your eminent demise . all of your being is focused in tunnel vision on correcting the mistake you just made 1 one hundredth of a second ago. I presume the less skilled individuals that dont make it also avoid the after shakes.
