Hi...hoping you can help me out in a sticky situatio....fast Both my husband and I are retired and my brother has hinted for years that he would love to come for an extended visit. I had always put him off because of my busy work schedule but since I am now recently retired he thinks we can accommodate him for a week and have fun doing things. He wants to also relive our childhood by visiting the place he and I grew up...We now live in NJ and grew up in NY (Queens & Brooklyn). I really don't have interest in this but would go for a day trip to be nice...However we are not comfortable for him to staying with us more than a couple of days as we really want our privacy. How do I tell him he is only welcomed a couple of days without hurting him? He lives in California so he is traveling a long way for this visit and wants to come soon Thanks

Maybe he could find several friends and family to stay with as well so as not to over stay at any one place, I have a stipulation in my lease that gives me an out when I need one.
