Quitting my job
Hey guys im 17 and i recently started working with my dad as a painter and i really don't like it, i don't know how to quit without hurting his feelings or him resenting me for it. He has such big dreams for the two of us but this job is just not for me, how do i quit?
What makes it worse is that my parents are splitting and that just make its so much harder since I'll be living with my mom until i move out so working with him would be the main time i would be seeing him.

It's easier to get a job if you have a job. I would encourage you to hang in there a while longer, but do talk with your dad about how you feel. Maybe your position or job description could be altered.
