  • Obviously something is wrong if you get power on, but no video. Sometimes, you need to reset the BIOS. Unplug the computer, find the CLEAR CMOS jumper and the button cell battery on the motherboard. Remove the battery, move the CMOS jumper to the CLEAR position, the hold the power button on for 10 seconds. Now, move the jumper back to the originnal position, put the battery back in, plug in the power cord.

  • Have you checked the monitor is even working?
