If you are a true Pisces and he's a true Scorpio, he does care about you. Maybe he is wary of displaying his feelings because he's been hurt in the past. I believe in astrology and I know how it influences relationships, but I don't really see what any of this has to do with US history. Your Scorpio lover won't find your question (if one can call it a question) if you go around posting it in such silly places, will he? Lol:)
