Exercise, I find that when I exercise more, I feel better. Because I feel better, I am less likely to comfort eat. So exercise tends to make me eat less anyway.

Great question. I love exercising. I cross train: cardiovascular exercise, such as cycling, jogging, in-line skating, cross-country skiing (i.e. adds up to year round), along with muscle and bone strengthening using dumbbells. This keeps a spring in my step, keeps me injury free (latter helps prevent injury), feeling good about myself (serotonin rich), awake (oxygenation is up), and (I've been told) sexy. How can you beat that? I also eat a vegetarian diet, so I eat often but a lot less than I did as a carnivore.

Exercise, definitely. If I ate less, I'd likely be hungry all the time which would make me grumpy and probably cause me to binge, big time.

Exercise. I eat like a horse, as people who know me in real life (I think there is only one person here) know. I also go to the gym about 3-4 times a week and go running around my neighbourhood regularly. I highly enjoy both food and exercise.

I'd rather exercise, because I've already done the eat less thing. I've lost 45lbs., from eating less...that's as far as that's going to get me. Now I've gotta get off my ass and work for the rest.

that's an intertesrerng question lol. well eating less is easier (well. sometimes lol). i dunno i have two kids so i have no time for exccersice but if i did i'd rather eat more and work out:) i lovveee pizza lol

Eating less would be a lot easier--especially for someone who has excessive tiredness. I don't eat much, anyway. I do exercise, some. But it's just to lift weights.

never go with the eat less its unhealthy and causes more problems in the long run. you want to loose weight with little effort go on a diet and then do a little exercise not much just walk or fast walk around the block a couple times
