Why does america have to fall back in anime in everything ,why not at least 15 episode and other countries are also way ahead of america why?

well.. your question was very very difficult to understand, but I'm going to presume that you want to know why the U.S. is always behind other countries in the anime we get. Well, some of it has to be translated and recorded in English, so of course japan may have it first. Also, since a lot of anime is produced in Japan, countries nearer to japan than the U.S. will get it before we do. If this doesn't answer your question, try to re-write it.

As inarticulately as you put it....I think it's because we are too concerned with an artificial patriarchal catholicistic(is that a word?) image of what it means to be american that we have lost sight of what it means to be human beings and for that we MUST suffer and to suffer, we must feel it where it hurts us. So how's that for inarticulate and ambiguous? oh shoot, that's just another question.
