There's always a stretch car waiting there for you. Also, at the beginning of the game, the 1st or 2nd mission, when you drive Mercedese from the yacht party to the strip club, there's a stretch that's available for driving right next to the yacht gates. Drive Mercedes in that car, then buy property that has a garage and put the stretch in the garage, and save your game.
