  • You have to be 18 in order to enter into a legal binding contract without parental permission everywhere in the United States. You can however, get married at a younger age with parental consent or by being emancipated. Good luck!
  • We know this from experience - You have to be 18 to be legally married, however you can marry at 17 with a parents consent.
  • I heard that in the state of Indiana,you have to be at least 15 to get married with your parent's permission. But you can also get married younger but it has to be for a strong reason like pregnancy or religous belief's.
  • 16 with parental consent at 15 under certain conditions with court approval. Bad idea in any case.
