The average household size was 2.22 and the average family size was 2.91. In the CDP the population was spread out with 26.5% under the age of 18, 5.3% from 18 to 24, 25.4% from 25 to 44, 24.1% from 45 to 64, and 18.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 41 years. For every 100 females there were 96.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.8 males. The median income for a household in the CDP was $23,833, and the median income for a family was $29,722. Males had a median income of $27,083 versus $13,594 for females. Seligman is part of the SUSD (Seligman Unified School District) and their school mascot is called the Antelopes. Athletics whise their school has been succesful winning the 1-A basketball state champipionship in 2006 after consecutive second round exits in the tournament in the two previous years. They have also been to the state championship game in Baseball for three straight years losing every time.
