I'm a very young IT manager and my higher up expect me to do things not under my job description and nearly impossible things. Also there's no room for the slightest mistakes. When something bad happens they expect me to solve it almost immediately as the whole company suffers. This job is scaring me a lot so everytime my day is over, I feel relieved.
