  • Sounds to me like it could be galactorrhoea. Basically, it is the discharge of milk from the breast when not breastfeeding, and can be for a number of reasons, often due to a hormonal imbalance. Because there are a lasrge number of causes for the hormonal changes, this symptoms should always be checked out quickly to eliminate any serious causes. I've done a quick Yahoo search for galactorrhoea to see if I could find any sites you might find helpful. The first is a simple website, but doesn't contain that much info. http://www.studenthealth.co.uk/advice/advice.asp?adviceID=107 This next one is a bit more in depth and complicated, but try and see what you think. I strongly advise you to get it checked out soon just in case. http://www.health-care-clinic.com/family-health/g/galactorrhoea.htm
