yes you do and it gets heavier as well. i find myself having to wear panty liners during the day because if i didn't it would well ya know not be a good thing =P. hormones have alot to do with that and second trimester and on you are going to have a discharge so get ready for it unless you are just lucky as all get out and have no symptoms in that case >:P lol just kidding.
