-
become just a rude, and/or kinda give them a little lesson. (:
-
I ignore them as that is the best way to deal with those type of people. They want you to get mad and respond rude back to them. Don't give them what they want. Just walk away.
-
I pay no attention to them. +5
-
good question, I either suck up but let them know I'm doing just that, or get it over with. Can't really make any progress
-
I'm much more rude back to them, I can get pretty nasty if I have to. =P
-
Either ignore it or return it, depending on my mood at the time. +5
-
i ignore them.
-
Call them out on it.
-
Mother F***ing As*ho*e! :)
-
I usually go " Are you okay? " or " Hey calm down " Cause when theres no reason to be rude it means the person being mean is the one who has a problem, it usually shuts the person up and calms them cause they realise they might have exagerated or something..
-
usually i stare at them silently with that "don't fuck wit me" look. that look says it all so i don't have to show a reaction. i don't like making a big scene over someone who's not worth it.
-
Hi Polly, I do not react at all...I simply act upon my good instincts and in a mature manner make sure that before all the debating turns to angry words spoken/typed I usually just ask the person to agree to disagree.........
-
I turn the other cheek...so they get a better view of me mooning them :)
-
I'm a cashier and when someone is being rude, I generally act the same as I do with anyone else...with the exception of someone on a cell phone while at the register. I just ring up their stuff and don't make any attempt to be courteous at all.
-
say this to him or her with a smile "God bless you". .
-
I smile :)
-
Think that one more person has made the bully/sh*t/ignorant list.
-
Be rude back to them.
-
I usually point out the error of their way, and then ignore them. :) +5
-
I sniffle in your direction you sorry snob.
-
I keep my wits and use logic. we are at an impass because logic and rhetoric rarely come to an understanding.
-
I looks em straight in the eye, I does, and then I says, "Says YOU! That's what YOU are!"
-
First I try to keep my cool. Then I give them the look. Then I give them a piece of my mind.
-
I'm usually rude back.
-
I die laughing!! (Faking of course) but it really confuses them and they change their tone right quick...usually.
-
Depending on the situation I will either just walk away from them without saying something or I if I feel like being confrontational I will ask "excuse me?"
-
i say excuse me..??
-
Let it go! shake my head in annoyance! or they get the cold eyes treatment!! some people just have no Idea what courtesy is! :-/
-
Tell them their butt looks like a potato "in Russian." :O
-
It depends on the situation, how I am expected to react (in some jobs you just have to grin and bare it), who was rude and why etc. Mostly, I will say "excuse me?" in that objectory tone just to let them know I find them rude, in the first instance.
-
i take their batteries away +
-
Shrug it off, walk away, and go find someone to be nice too.
-
Hi,same as i do in every situation,i try to be like a mirror and reflect what is shown into me...regards tessa5
-
If they don't get in my nerves I just don't mind them.
-
I ask: "do you know what's the meaning of f*** off?" +5
-
It depends. If its in public than I may act really sweet so the person will feel like an a-hole and look like it in front of people. If the person was really a big a-hole and got me pissed then I will put them in their place. And point out that there is no call for their behavior. If the person is someone I know than I will tell them where to go and don't talk to me until and apology is made. Unless its was really bad than I just cut all ties.
-
I'm rude back.

The other day I was coming out of a building when I spotted a woman in her 20's, carrying packages, about to enter. I waited and held the door for her. She entered without acknowledging my courtesy. As she continued to walk through, I said "You're welcome!" loud enough for her to hear. Oblivious, she looked around still saying nothing. The episode was not a wasted moment, however, in that I had my two young grandnieces with me. I used the opportunity to "school" them on the rude failure...but they had already spotted it on their own without my mentioning it. By the way, lest anyone misinterpret, I would have held the door for a male in similar circumstances, as well. +5

Polly. . . . . .trust me, Darl'n. . . . . .you DON'T want to know! Not now. . . . . .not EVER!
-
Good Rosie is polite, makes no reactive comment and moves on. BadRosie strikes back. I am trying very hard to tame BadRosie! :)
-
Smile and let the sugar and honey drip off my lips-it tends to tick them off even more! I've worked in many customer service jobs, I know this technique well!
-
i don´t
-
I'm usually polite for a while and then, when they're not looking I stab 'em in the back.
-
Sometimes it makes me laugh, because it's so unnecessary to be this way when it's unprovoked. Then other times, I act as if I don't notice it.
-
My response all depends on how rude they are being, their gender, age etc.
-
It depends who it is. I usually say: "You don't have to be rude". If this person continues despite of my request I ignore him.
-
ignore them forever
-
Still be kind
-
I just get a little ticked, but then I just think that this rude person must have something wrong with them, you know something going on in their lives that leads them to such unhappiness. So I just let it go.
-
i love it cause i can be rude back
-
It depends who it is and where I am. If someone of a prominent position insults me in public, I don't say anything. I figure that makes them look worse than what they are saying about me. If it is one of my peers, I can usually come back with a smart comment, for I am pretty witty. If it is a child, like at school, I just ignore what they say, but deal with the situation and not get angry. I don't usually get mad with any situation, thank goodness.
-
I ignore them. I consider them ghosts. My S/O is different how he handles it!
-
Brush it off. I always try to avoid any kind of confrontation.
-
Make a cutting remark and walk away in real life . On AB say what I have to say and unsubscribe.
-
Usually don't react at all. Rude people hate not getting a reaction for their rudeness.
-
Rear naked choke
-
I tell them off!
-
I ask why they are being so rude.
-
Try to be nice to them if I know what they have to say is unjustified, otherwise call them on their rudeness
-
Laugh at them, then tell them that they dropped their genitals.
-
Oops!! Disregard. (meant to comment)
-
Thanks, Pollymath!
-

-
I TURN AROUND AND JUST WALK AWAY.
-
I either become quiet, turn red, steam inside or leave. I rarely verbally fight back unless I feel cornered.
-
FOR THE 2ND. TIME. TURN AROUND AND WALK AWAY.
-
i'm really quiet and then i blow up in anger.. like the calm before the storm.
-
I walk away.. Don't need two ass holes in the picture.
-
i think wat goes around comes around and then i make sure i try not too be rude like them
-
I usually try to have the good poise to ignore them.
-
I act the same way towards them with an offer to step outside to see if they want to back up their smart a** mouth.
-
Depends on the mood I'm in and what they said.
-
