  • I have a very radical suggestion. How about you don't drink so much you are drunk?
  • You can sit your drunk ass down and wait till you sober up and then learn a lesson.
  • There should be in place a way to get home via cab, or perhaps even a new group that deals with this issue, on credit. You're right. Once you are in that situation it is a case of damned either way.
  • you don't
  • Phone a friend. Don't drink so much. Don't fall asleep in the bar, you'll get kicked out. (I've seen this...not a personal experience...so ya know.)
  • Drink at home.
  • Best solution, don't get drunk.
  • Since alcohol is a controlled substance: the state acts as a corporation in that it collects revenue via taxes, the states with a couple of exceptions do not license the bartenders, who recieve the majority of thier income from tips (commission) based upon the amount of the bill. hence more drinks served the higher the commision. You leave the bar get behind the wheel and the bubblegum machine comes on and you go to jail. the state fines you and forces you to do time or take classes. If this is not the biggest scamo. RICO comes to mind. the bartender has no crimmnal liability. maybe civil. hmmm. think about this. the only ones profiting are the bar the bartender and the state. the state regulates and collects revunue then jails and fines you for lack of regulation of the bartender. The homeowner has no liability to speak of either. I personaly drink more at a bar then I do at a party mainly because I am serving my self at the party ( no profit) therfore no motive. the state has no interest in changeing the laws as they would lose revenue.
