I get 4 hours a week and we have a union witch takes 20 dollars in dues. That makes my pay check 6 dollars. Should i quit this job? I've only broke 100 dollars once this year for a check. Im 17

You should talk to your union rep about paying less dues, like $2 instead of the $20, unions are supposed to protect you not rob you.

Welcome to the wonderful world of unionized labor. I really think you could do better, but don't quit this job until you have another ready to step into. The way things are right now, anyone with any sort of job needs to hang on to what they have.

Quit the union! that is ridiculous amount of dues to be taking 'across the board': someone who works 40 hrs/week pays the same dues as someone who works 4 hrs/week. AND exactly what benefit are you getting from this union? I'm thinking you should quit...your time has to be worth more than $1.50/hr! You could babysit and make much more than that!
