  • I truly try to be. But when someone commits an act that is utterly heinous, no. +5
  • As long as the apology is genuine, I forgive.
  • If it's something that's deserving of forgiveness.
  • Honestly I'm to forgiving and to willing to look past what history says will happen over and over again.
  • Yes, it is good to forgive instead of getting even with a person who has done something wrong to you, and falling for temptation and getting even with the other will only make the problem worser. The Holy Bible teaches those who follow the word of God to forgive those who have sinned against us as the Bible says... Ephesians 4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. Colossians 3:13 Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another.
  • Depends on what they did.
  • Yes, very! I put things in the past. If a person acts up with me, but then later down the line decides to try and straighten up, I am perfectly willing to let bygones be bygones. +5
  • No, I don't believe they are sorry.
  • Probably more than I should be.
  • No. It is not my place to forgive someone else's wrongs, even against me. I let go of wrongs I have suffered, intentionally or not intentionally. I have suffered some major wrongs. the person who wrongs another has to work out their guilt on their own, it is between them and threir maker, their conscious....
  • For simple things of course I would. Besides from one incident, sometime I think I forgive a little too quickly for bigger issues. Even when at times it's the other person's fault, I would feel so guilty for being angry at them, I feel like I HAVE to forgive them as soon as possible to get rid of the feeling. I know forgiving is good, after all, let bygones be bygones, why bother thinking about the past issues all the time, but I don't want to give the impression to others that they would think it's ok to do wrong because I would just be all smiles the whole way and turn the other cheek. I do want to let it go, but I want to also let them know how wrong it was for what they have done.
  • Only if they repent and flog themselves.
  • Not really, I need lots of time! years in fact! :-/
  • I am so sympathetic to you. I get the same breed of trouble at times. Good luck with solving this issue 8P
  • Mostly. I don't recommend testing that, however.
