I think it depends on how we're looking at what makes something a "favourite". I enjoyed the Helm's Deep battle in Lord of the Rings, as an amusement thing. Or the Mani vs the Gypsies scene in Brotherhood of the Wolf. Or if we're going for really amusing the "duel" in The Court Jester. For realistic properties I would go for the end war scene in Passchendaele. Showing the desperation of war.

The war scenes in Lord of the Rings were a work of total art. The battle scene in Troy between Achilles and Hector was perfection. The battle scenes in Kung Fu Hustle were my all time favorites
