How should I peel and seed a tomato?

Quick drop on boiling water to help peeling and cut in half and use a spoon to help seeding.

slice an X on the bottom of the tomato, blanch in boiling water for 30 to 45 seconds, the skin peals right off at the X on the bottom in just a few pieces. To seed cut in half horizontally and squeeze the seeds out. Very easy and fast.
