I believe baking soda will help. If you have a box, read the side panel. I remember my husband using that and it worked. I had no idea it was ever used for it, but he told me his mother used to use it. Hope you feel better.

Drink some hot tea or any hot herbal infusion, it will help sooth the pain. Hope you feel well soon!

There is nothing that will help me but someting to go out and get. I buy these homeopathic tablets. Under the tongue and gas is gone. Pain is gone. The stomach is normal. Try anything by Boiron, Heel etc., and you can get them in any health food store or grocery store that has a health food section. Cheap too. No side effects.

Now that we know you don't have to poop .... try a spoonful of baking soda in a small glass of water. I've used it in a pinch, and it worked. :)

I can eat a couple of saltine crackers when it happens to me and that usually solves it.

ginger ale: chamomile tea with a slice of fresh ginger in it: peppermint tea or a peppermint candy: or original Alka-Seltzer: breathing slowly, in your nose and out your mouth

1/4 teaspoon of baking soda does the trick every time. Peppermint tea is nice as well. Hope you are feeling better!

Don't hunch. Sit upwright and drink lots of water.
