  • My best friend for over 10 years will not speak to me any longer. WHY, because I was hurt when they had a birthday party for a good friends birthday party and I was upsest needless to say. I e-mailed her back and I told her that my memory is not very good at times and I totally forgot his birthday and she should of reminded me and invited me...we have done this for 10 years with there kids. She responded back and she was insulted the way I talked. Have not heard from you since, and it has been over a month now. I did try to call her twice and the last call was..I guess you are still angry with me so I won't bother you any longer and that is what happen.. I guess a true friend would understand and just called and say...don't forget we are having a party this Friday...can you come...I miss her deeply, but I am not begging for someone to be my friend.Am I the one that did this... • A friend of mine came over under the "guise" of helping me move. . . . . .and she stole from me while helping me pack!
  • It was not so simple. A "friend", supposed to be a good friend, agreed to watch my kids while I attended a party for another friend who was getting married. During the party I kept feeling "antsy" about the kids and decided to go home early. This "good friend" had sent my kids back to my apartment and had gone clubbing in a neighboring town. They were 7 and 9 years old. Thank goodness for motherly instinct.

  • A Long time close friend arrived very much later than expected on new years eve. there were only then 6 of us altogether. Not enough for a party really. We had started playing trivial pursuit in pairs before she arrived. Plenty booze and nibbles out.We invited them to join in. Her partner arrived drunk and fell off his chair and she kept complaining "this is boring." we had been laughing and joking before she came so I got annoyed and when she said it for the 5th or 6th very loudly I just said, if you are bored why dont you go home. She did and that was that.
