Yes, legally they have that right. But I don't want to hear them whining and bitching because people are yelling at them and harrassing them becauase of it. They are bringing it upon themselves.

Yes, we hold the flag as a symbol and are expected not to desecrrate it but we have the legal right to do so. In fact, flying the flag upside down is recommended in time of distress in order to singal for help.
