Fans will and not tourists

No because he won't be buried there. Somebody's already bought it and is changing the name to dissassoctiate it with Michael Jackson because he's a creeper.
-
theyre gonna flock where ever they lay him

It remains to be seen if Neverland ranch will have to be sold along with his other properties. Michael Jackson owes a lot of money on loans. He made a fortune, but he spent a fortune as well.
-
The regulations do not allow burial there, but the family is going to turn it into a public theme park, similar to Elvis Presley's Graceland, and they will have an income from it well into the great-granchildren's legacy.
-
They should make Neverland a learning center, alittle like Graceland. He had a train, a Merry go round, plus animals...why not add a popcorn cart & a few cotton candy carts as well. ;) hee I don't think he'll be buried at Neverland.
-
Of course and I'm sure who ever bought it will do just that with or without a grave.
-
Yes I believe they will go in Droves.
-
Tourists and fans will flock to Neverland even if Michael Jackson isn't buried there. It will become another Graceland.
-
For sure!
-
Without a doubt. It will be another Graceland.
-
Not this one. I would not try to assume what others will do. My own fleeting thought is that his fame in death may be fairly short lived compared to the likes of Elvis, but I've been wrong before - I would look for a few short years in the limelight than little within five years. +5

With half a billion debt, MJ's property will be sold out. Barely the new owners of Neverland will love the idea.
