Yonkers/Queens/Bronx, NY area - Does anyone know where I can find a.) a tobacco outlet that sells cigarette tobacco and b.) a hair/beauty supply store. Thanks!

Pretty much any newsstand should have tobacco (I suppose you mean rolling tobacco?). I saw beauty supply shops all over Myrtle Avenue when I was last there.

That's a pretty wide area you're looking for, esp. Queens... perhaps narrow it down a bit. Anyhow, Nearby Yonkers/Bx Google finds a couple of tobacco shops in New Rochelle and a couple on Arthur Ave. As to beauty supplies there are Walgreens and Harmons just about everywhere.
