Both are really just human concepts, so I would say so.

The concept of time is a figment of an imganination of us, Space also a relative concept and still we have not able to found the boundary of universe so universe is still undefined, its very hard to define the existance of universe solely depend on time and space, it could be without that even.
-
Yes, since the universe could theoretically exist in a 2d plane while remaining In a constant state due to not progressing through time. I know where you live, Michael. Edit: It actually comes to my mind that there was a scientific american article on the idea that the universe could be a 2 dimensional illusion/hologram.

I am guessing from this question that you have never been to South Australia

Space is considered to be made up of 3 dimensions and time is considered to be the fourth dimension. Regarding universe i cant really say but all the mathenatical calculations regarding universe is not possible without space and time.

Time is an invention of man to exploit his every breath of life.in short man invented time to enslave mankind.

No. Those are the dimensions. No dimensions means that there is nothing there.

Special relativity says no, unless you've got a better theory?

Nope. "matter" "space" and "time" are all interlinked. You cannot have one without the other.
