God no! That would be horrific. Oprah is one talented, savvy business lady, but she has tons of minions advising her on what is the popular format. She has proven herself to me to be quite naive on so many issues. I love her pick of Obama, I love many of the things she has suggested on her show with New Age topics, but most of it is presented to her beforehand. She's not much of a thinker, but thinks she is. Very dangerous. I have lived my life with choices she is just now beginning to discover, and I applaud her. But, since I am not a world leader or thinker beyond the norm, I would want someone in office with more experience than I have and she is not someone who fits that bill.

No,she is merely an entertainer and nothing more.She has shown no capabilities that she could even be a mayor,let alone a president.Look at Arnold Schwarhenneger and the mess he made of California in just a few short years.He wasn't that great an actor and a worse governor.

I can't imagine voting for her unless she was voting for an even bigger idiot like Palin or Limbaugh. If she actually ran and got the nomination, I would want some far right wing nutjob to run with her to increase the absurdity and confuse everyone

No. Maybe Billy Mays. Personally I feel Oprah is nothing more than a good salesperson selling hot topics, flowing with the trends. She reminds me of the salespeople at cosmetic counters, who come off as a friend, but proceed to sell you a bag of unnecessary items. I would certainly seek her advice on managing PR, presentation and image projecting if needed, but beyond that, she seems quite naive and psychologically insecure. Her talent for selling is exceptional, and has taken her far in the financial world, but that's all it is in my opinion... a talent for sales.
