This lady I work with, she's worked, all her life, works hard, and she doesn't make much more than me, (and I'm just a part timer while I go to college). I feel bad, her first marriage fell apart, so she had to work three or four jobs at a time while her kids were growing up so that she could support them all. And now she lives alone and I remember once she told me that she was having trouble paying her rent. It broke my heart.

My dad. My sisters and brother rarely come to see him, and when my sister comes it's just because she wants a cooked meal served to her. They didnt come for his birthday either. He's 65 and did EVERYTHING for us as kids, now they just want him to die so they can divide his savings up and get on with their lives....

Almost everyone! Check this out , Where most people are now isn't where they really wanna be or where God wants em to be. seemingly Uncontrollable situations in life have done their best in depriving people i know of what they really deserve.

The children in Darfur! And, for that matter, so many children in the World without something to eat as we speak. My heart has always been very soft for children.

Every American suffering from the bad economic policies and soon to be raises in taxes for all who work and try to make even a barely living wage. Raise taxes in a recession? Why not just put salt in a wound or gas in a fire.

My father. He stayed with my mother through the birth of their first child, born a vegetable, through her attempting to kill me and her stay in a mental ward. She finally cheated on him and they divorced, with her leaving him almost flat broke. He later found a girlfriend, built a house with her and when they broke up she ended up with the house (which has now almost doubled in value) and he barely kept the money he'd brought into the relationship. At last he has his own house and life is looking better. Hope it stays that way for him!

No one God has a way of evening everything out. Lower your expectations than you'll be a lot happier.

What a great question! Most everyone I know deserves better in my opinion. They are all kind, loving, hardworking people who can't seem to catch a break. They don't drink, do drugs, or any of the other self-defeating things that so-called "losers" do, but they still remain near poverty level.
