A lack of food. If I don't eat on a regular basis I will get a migrain that sometimes doesn't go away for 2 or 3 days.

I have 6 members here that send me a friends request every week even though I deny them every week. It is like they can not accept the fact I do not like them. This gives me a headache.

I never get headaches (nothing in there).:)The only time I had a headache was when I had a concussion after running in to a tree while playing football. So my answer is running in to trees.

Eating too much sugary food in one sitting. Oh and questions written in capslock boo.

I don't get headaches, Misstarrie unless I'm getting ready to be physically sick with the flu or a cold, so I guess I'd say that viruses and bacteria almost never fail to give me a headache.

Sitting at the computer (or sitting in general) for too long. Hurts my neck which in turn gives me a very bad headache.

Caffeine withdrawals and the other day, I walked into a low doorjam ..... instant headache!!:)
