  • I can't say for sure, but despite its sophisticated allure and an innovative presentation of events through out the questionable moral stance of the protagonist, this is really nothing but some sort of western slasher film. I think him walking off was just to further elaborate how good he is at what he does, and to sprinkle some more "omg what a maniac!" flair over him. But maybe I'm just too one track mind when it comes to movies featuring murderers. *Smiles.*
  • He walked away because good does not always win. I hated watching all those Charles Bronson, Clint Eastwood, John Wayne type movies of the 80's and earlier. Good does not always prevail, look at The dead girl in the lake, and Ted Kennedy. Quentin Tarantino is one of the best director's around, before him you never saw a cop get shot in the face, but you know it happens in real life. I wanna see REAL LIFE when I go to movies, not A FAIRY TALE(and they lived happily ever after..) Friend of mine did 12 years for murder(he pled it out). Loves his wife and kids to death, everyone else he just wants to put to death. He went home to his wife and kids after killing two men in cold blood. Picked him up 3 days later, he wasn't losing sleep... He said the first was the worse, just like they say. Sorry I'm rambling, kinda stoned...
