in through nose and out through mouth
-
I breath is from my mouth and out my nose....I guess it's because I drowned for 4 minutes when I was a little kid.
-
I guess you're asking how do you breathe for relaxation? In through your nose, out through your mouth. Leads to most efficient oxygen intake and carbon release.
-
I didn't know there was a rule on that. Do what's most comfortable to you.
-
nose both ways.
-
I do it both ways, I guess I'm just an outlaw...lol
-
actually it's funny you should ask that because i used to breath in through mouth out through nose but since i went into training (for opera singing) i do it in through nose out through mouth which is the way you are supposed to do it - now if i try to do it the wrong way round, how i used to breath normally, it's really unnatural!
-
that depends if your trying to smell somthing or trying not to smell somthing!
-
in your nose. out your mouth. thats supposed to be done when being active in any way (sports, exercising, running, etc.)
-
In your nose and out your mouth. I do both when i play tennis
-
Oh, god! MORE rules. This one would kill me if I even TRIED to follow it. How would I EVER be able to chew gum again?!
-
If you're swimming, you should breath in your mouth and out your nose. Otherwise the water may get into your lung.
-
Inyour nose and out your nose, unless you are exercising, and the air comes out through your mouth. The nose hairs serve as some kind of filter
-
Shoot with these allergies I'm just happy to get air in anyway I can.
-
It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Breathing is all about supporting what the body is engaged with. Why not do it as effectively as possible? Just please don't breathe in your mouth and out your mouth. That's so simian. Quite unattractive to see people just sitting there with their mouth gaped open all the time.
-
Best in in nose and out nose!
-
Regular breathing should be in and out of the nose. IN thru the nose and out thru the mouth is a relaxation technique. in and out of the mouth into a paperbag for hyperventalation. In thru mouth and out thru nose in Swimming.
-
In your nose to warm and filter the the air. Out nose or mouth, it does not make any difference, because the only thing that matters at that point is getting rid of CO2
