All's on one floor and that's great as stairs and I aren't the best of friends. LOL But we could point to that (eeeewwwww) "crawl space" under the house .. or that "oh my, isn't this interesting" place if you decide to get on a ladder in one hallway and poke your head into the spaces between the ceilings and the slanted roof. Or not! lol Thank goodness there's a double garage. Not for cars of course, but for storage of stuff!! :)

We have 2 stories and a sunken living room, so that might make it 2 1/2.

Two and the garage is on a middle level between the two. It was built on after the house and there is no entry between the garage and the house. With all the stories of people entering your house by opening your garage door, I actually feel safe.

the main floor has 2 bedrooms /dining room /kitchen /bathroom /living room /and a foyer. and upstairs we have 2 big rooms that my daughters have all to themselves and we have a downstairs with a big room that has been made into a small apartment for my son and the other half is an extra storage area
