I have numerous stamped return addressed envelopes from charities that I can't donate to. What can I do with these stamps. I would like to give the proceeds to a local charity. Can I do this? How?

I'm not sure if this is correct, but I believe that a pre-paid envelope doesn't actually get charged back to the addressee until it has been posted, and furthermore cannot be used for any purpose other than to send to the address which it is registered to. Therefore there is a possibility that your pre-paid envelopes are worth nothing. Don't quote me on this though!!
